Whether you work from home or in an office, desk-yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga: increased flexibility, improved posture, and reduced stress - all within the comfort of your own space. Take 20mins to ground and care for yourself, release physical tension, feel good, and increase your energy and focus for the rest of your day. The session is divided into:
1. Warm up
2. Adapted yoga
3. Cool down
No experience or special equipment is needed, just a chair and your willingness to prioritize your health and wellness.

Each session is offered for £5 - attend both days for best results!
Replays & Membership Options
Replays are available for 2-days if you miss your paid class, but the full re-play library is available for £25/month access in the Desk-Yoga Membership.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download Zoom (super simple)
2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)
3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)
4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” 5-minutes before the time of class.
5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy!
