This 1-hour chair yoga session is designed for older adults and those with mobility challenges, to improve strength, flexibility, and circulation while reducing stiffness and discomfort. No need to get on the floor—just bring a chair and a commitment to your well-being.

Whether you work from home or in an office, desk-yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga: increased flexibility, improved posture, and reduced stress - all within the comfort of your own space. Take 20mins to ground and care for yourself, release physical tension, feel good, and increase your energy and focus for the rest of your day. The session is divided into:

Replays are available for 2-days if you miss your paid class, but the full re-play library is available for £25/month access in the Desk-Yoga Membership.

If you are new to yoga and feel intimidated to start a class, then working 1:1 might be the best solution for you. You get tailor-made yoga session, which caters for your body, circumstances and needs. The aim is to empower you by getting you physically stronger, expanding your mental and emotional capacity and helping you connect to your inner self in new ways.
Book yourself a sessions! Individual sessions are 45mins long and cost £30. If you require a longer session, please book two consecutive times (ex.10:00am & 11:00am). If you think you need a lot of mat-yoga sessions the Beginners' Package might be a good place to start. Sessions are on Zoom.
