Spring Chair-Yoga Practice

Start your morning with movement, energy, and a sense of ease—all from the comfort of your chair!

This 1-hour chair yoga session is designed for older adults and those with mobility challenges, to improve strength, flexibility, and circulation while reducing stiffness and discomfort. No need to get on the floor—just bring a chair and a commitment to your well-being.

🌅 What to Expect:
Warm-Up – Gentle movements to awaken the body and loosen the joints.
Adapted Yoga – Seated and supported postures to enhance mobility and strength.
Cool Down – Breathing exercises and relaxation to set a positive tone for the day.

No experience needed—just a chair and an open mind. Move at your own pace and feel refreshed, strong, and ready for the day ahead!

📅 Wednesday from 11:00 to 12:00am GMT - UK Time
🌎 Your comfy chair + Zoom
🧘🏻‍♀️ All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off—totally your call.

Each session is offered for £15. Attend both days for best results!

Replays & Membership Options

  • Replays are available for 2-days if you miss your paid class, but the full re-play library is available for £65/month access in the Chair-Yoga Membership.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” 15minutes before the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
