One on One Adaptive Yoga: Designed Just For You

If you are new to yoga and feel intimidated to start a class, then working 1:1 might be the best solution for you. You get tailor-made yoga session, which caters for your body, circumstances and needs. The aim is to empower you by getting you physically stronger, expanding your mental and emotional capacity and helping you connect to your inner self in new ways.

Book yourself a sessions! Individual sessions are 45mins long and cost £30. If you require a longer session, please book two consecutive times (ex.10:00am & 11:00am). If you think you need a lot of mat-yoga sessions the Beginners' Package might be a good place to start. Sessions are on Zoom.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here).

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before your session starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” 15-minutes before the time of your 1:1 session.

5. Your video has to be ON - to receive the most appropriate session for your needs.
