This 1-hour chair yoga session is designed for older adults and those with mobility challenges, to improve strength, flexibility, and circulation while reducing stiffness and discomfort. No need to get on the floor—just bring a chair and a commitment to your well-being.

✔ Adapted Yoga – Seated and supported postures to enhance mobility and strength.

HOW IT WORKS:

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)
4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” 15minutes before the time of class.
5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
